Swing Account
The rules for the Swing Account two-stage challenge and its Simulated Funded Account
The Swing Account is a two-stage challenge with a static Max Loss and no Max Daily Loss. You pass two evaluation stages and are then issued a Simulated Funded Account. Account sizes range from 5K to 150K.
There is no minimum number of Trading Days on any stage.
Static Max Loss
Your Max Loss is 8% of your initial balance. It is static, so it stays at the same level for the life of the account. At Rank 2 in the Experience Program and above, it increases to 9%.
Max Daily Loss
The Swing Account has no Max Daily Loss. The limits on your losses are your Max Loss and your Max Risk.
Max Risk
Your Max Risk Limit is 1% on both challenge stages and on the Simulated Funded Account. It is absolute at every stage: reaching it closes your open positions and breaches the account immediately, with no strikes and no escalation. Swing Accounts do not use the Pip Protector.
The Extra Max Risk Add-On raises the limit to 2%.
Consistency Score
Sim-Funded only: your Consistency Score must be at or below 50% to qualify for a payout. You do not need to meet it to pass Stage 1 or Stage 2. The Consistency Score is your best trading day divided by your total rewards, expressed as a percentage.
Leverage
The maximum leverage on Swing Accounts is 1:30. The extra leverage benefit from your Experience Program rank does not apply on Swing Accounts.
Time limit
Each stage has a 90-day time limit by default, and so does the Simulated Funded Account, where the clock resets after every payout. The time limit can be increased at checkout with the Extended Time Limit Add-On. The 28-day inactivity rule applies at every stage.
Payouts
Your payout interval is 30 days by default, and it can be shortened at checkout with a payout interval Add-On. The smallest payout you can request is 1% of your balance. The largest starts at 3% and increases by 1% with every payout you take, up to 6%. Profit above the cap stays in your account for a future payout. See Payout Caps.
Your profit share is set by your Rank in the Experience Program, and it can be increased with the Extra Profit Share Add-On.
Scaling
Swing Accounts use the Sustainable Scaling Program. Every fifth payout scales the account: an increment is added to the same account automatically once the payout is approved. The increment is a percentage of your initial balance, set by your Rank.
Buying a Swing Account
The Add-Ons available on a Swing Account are shown in the challenge builder at checkout. Swing Accounts cannot be bought in an account bundle. Up to 25% of the price can be paid with XP.
