How to delete your account and personal data

How to ask PipFarm to close your account and delete your personal data — how to request it, what happens next, and what we delete versus what we’re required to keep.

You can ask us to close your PipFarm account and delete your personal data at any time. This article explains how to make the request, what happens next, and what we delete versus what we’re required to keep.

ℹ️ PipFarm is operated by ECI Ventures Pte. Ltd., which is responsible for your personal data.

How to submit a deletion request

Email privacy@pipfarm.com from the email address registered to your account, and ask us to close your account and delete your data. Sending the request from your account email is how we confirm it’s really you. There’s no form to fill in, and you don’t need to give a reason.

What happens next

We’ll confirm we’ve received your request, complete it within 30 days, and confirm in writing once it’s done.

⚠️ Deletion is permanent. Closing your account and deleting your data permanently closes any account you purchased and cannot be undone.

  • Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Skrill, Confirmo) keep their own records of your transactions under their own policies.

Your other rights

As well as deletion, you can object to how we use your data, request access to it, and ask us to correct it. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — the ICO in the UK, your national authority in the EU, or the PDPC in Singapore.
