How do I pay for my challenge?
You can purchase a PipFarm challenge directly from our website. At checkout, you'll be presented with the available payment methods for your region.
⚠️ You must use your own payment method to purchase a challenge. Using a friend's, family member's, or any third party's payment method is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended.
Challenges are available in USD, EUR, and GBP. When you pay in EUR or GBP, your simulated trading account is denominated in the currency you paid in.
🚨 Gift voucher currency restriction: Gift vouchers denominated in US dollars cannot be used to pay for EUR or GBP accounts. If a USD gift voucher is used for an account in a different currency, corrective action may be taken.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are available to all customers worldwide:
🚨 Crypto payment warning: Please check that you are sending the correct cryptocurrency to the correct network. If you send the wrong coins, you may lose your funds. Ensure that the amount covers the fees displayed by the payment provider. Do not send payments to expired invoices — if an invoice has expired, create a new order. Sending funds to an expired invoice carries a risk of permanent loss of funds.

Refunds & returns
PipFarm challenges are digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase. We offer a 24-hour grace period from the time of purchase for refunds or changes. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
