Extra Max Risk Add-On
Add an extra 1% to your Max Risk Limit on Instant Accounts
The Extra Max Risk Add-On is available on Instant Accounts only. It doubles your Max Risk Limit from 1% to 2% of your starting balance. That gives you twice as much combined realised and unrealised loss inside a Risk Window before the Pip Protector closes your positions and records a Strike.
⚠️ This Add-On is only available on Instant Accounts. Challenge and Simulated Funded Accounts are not eligible.
How it works
Every Instant Account has a Max Risk Limit of 1% of its starting balance. This Add-On raises that to 2%, on all three Instant models — Equity Trailing, EOD Trailing and Payout Trailing.
On a $100,000 Instant Account, that is the difference between $1,000 and $2,000 of combined loss inside a Risk Window before your positions are closed automatically.
Effect on Strikes
Each Strike halves your Max Risk Limit, so starting higher raises every step of the ladder:
The Add-On gives you more room at every stage, but it does not change the number of Strikes — a third Strike still terminates the account.
