Crypto Payment Guide
How to pay for your PipFarm Challenge with cryptocurrency safely — correct network, fees, expired invoices, and TRON (TRC-20) costs.
PipFarm accepts cryptocurrency payments for Challenge purchases. Before sending any crypto payment, please read the following guidance carefully to avoid loss of funds.
Send the correct cryptocurrency to the correct network
The same cryptocurrency can exist on multiple blockchain networks. For example, USDT is available on Ethereum (ERC-20), TRON (TRC-20), Solana, and BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). When you pay, the invoice will specify both the coin and the network. You must send the exact cryptocurrency to the exact network shown on the invoice.
Sending the right coin to the wrong network — or the wrong coin entirely — can result in a permanent loss of funds. Always double-check the currency, the network, and the wallet address before confirming the transaction.
⚠️ If you're unsure or think you've selected the wrong option, stop the process immediately. Go back to the checkout page and create a new order to start again. It is always safer to start over than to send funds to the wrong place.
Cover the transaction fees
Ensure that the amount you send covers the fees displayed by the payment provider. If the amount received is less than the invoice total after network fees are deducted, your payment may not be processed. Send enough to cover both the invoice amount and any applicable network fees.
Do not send payments to expired invoices
Crypto invoices have a limited validity window. If your invoice has expired, do not send funds to it — generate a new invoice instead. Sending funds to an expired invoice carries a risk of permanent loss of funds, as the wallet address may no longer be monitored.
TRON network (TRC-20) fees
The TRON network (TRC-20) is currently an expensive way to make crypto transfers. If you are paying with USDT, consider using an alternative network such as BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) or Solana, where fees are typically much lower. Check the available networks at checkout and choose the most cost-effective option for your transfer.
What happens if you make a mistake
If you send the wrong cryptocurrency but to the correct network (for example, sending USDC instead of USDT on the same chain), there is a chance that the funds can be recovered. If recovery is possible, a fee of $20 or 10% of the transaction amount, whichever is higher, will be charged.
However, funds sent to the wrong blockchain network or to an expired invoice cannot be recovered. These transactions are irreversible and will result in a permanent loss of funds.
🚨 Important: Recovery is never guaranteed and is only possible in limited cases where the correct network was used. Funds sent to the wrong network or an expired invoice cannot be recovered under any circumstances. Always verify the payment details before confirming your transaction.
