Guide to payouts with PipFarm

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Introduction

Once you have a funded PipFarm account, you can earn a percentage of the simulated profit generated once you meet the payout requirements described below and without violating any program rules.

Payouts at PipFarm are request-based. Eligible traders must submit a payout request from the dashboard.

Payout interval

Each funded account has a fixed payout interval depending on the selected payout frequency:

  • Weekly – every 7 calendar days

  • Bi-Weekly – every 14 calendar days

  • Standard – every 30 calendar days

The account interval starts when:

  • The funded account is issued, or

  • The previous payout request for that account has been resolved.

Regardless of payout add-ons, traders cannot receive payouts more frequently than once every 7 days.

Instant Static Accounts:
Payout requests for Instant Static accounts can be requested 7 days after the completion of the 30-day trading period, provided all performance requirements are met without violating any of the program rules.

Submitting a payout request

Once your payout interval has elapsed and all payout requirements are met, you can submit a payout request from your dashboard by:

  • Going to the Payout section of the eligible funded account

  • Clicking the Payout Request button

  • Entering the payout amount

  • Confirming your preferred payout method

Key Rule
Only one payout can be received every 7 completed calendar days, even across multiple funded accounts.

Performance requirements

To qualify for a payout from your simulated funded account, you must have achieved the following performance requirements, depending on your account mode.

Overview of the Payout Process

Payouts follow a request → review → receive process.

1. Request
Submit a payout request once your payout interval is complete, all requirements are met, and your account has no open positions.

2. Review
Requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Trading must stop during review. If approved, funds are withdrawn; if rejected, no funds are deducted.

3. Receive

Approved payouts are processed and paid within 2 business days via your selected payment method.

⚠️ This payout model comes into effect from 1 February 2026.

Personal Payout Interval

If you have multiple funded accounts, you can receive one payout every 7 calendar days. The 7-day count starts when your most recent payout request is resolved.

Example: Personal Payout Interval

  1. A trader receives two funded accounts on 1 March.

  2. Both accounts have a 7-day payout interval.

8 March
The trader requests a payout from Account A.

9 March
The payout for Account A is approved.
The 7-day personal payout interval starts.

16 March
Seven full calendar days have passed.
The trader can now request a payout from Account B, if all requirements are met.

Minimum Profit

The minimum reward you can request from your funded account is 1% of the starting balance for Consistency Mode accounts, 2% for Endurance Mode and 3% for Classic Mode. For example, the lowest request you can submit to withdraw from a 100k Consistency Mode account is $1,000 (before the performance reward).

Do I need to request a payout?

Yes. All payouts must be requested manually once you are qualified and your payout interval has elapsed.

If it’s your first payout with us, and have met all payout requirements but have not signed a contract, please contact [email protected]. You will also need to have completed your KYC.

I’ve submitted a payout request. How long do I have to wait?

Payout requests are reviewed within 2 business days. If approved, your payout will be processed and paid within an additional 2 business days.

What happens if my payout request is rejected?

If your payout request is rejected, no funds are withdrawn, your account metrics remain unchanged, and your payout interval restarts. You may submit a new request once you are eligible again.

What is a calendar day?

A calendar day runs from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. UTC, regardless of local time zones.

When does my payout interval start?

The payout interval starts from the latest of the following events: the creation date of your funded or Instant account, the date your most recent payout request is resolved (approved or rejected), or the date an account review triggered by a rule breach is completed
