Overview of the Payout Process
Payouts follow a request → review → receive process.
Each funded account has its own payout schedule and timer. Each user can request a payout every seven calendar days.
You decide when to request a payout once your account is eligible. Each request is manually reviewed for soft breaches before funds are released.
The process has three steps:
Request: You submit a request from your dashboard.
Review: The request is manually reviewed (up to 48 business hours).
Receive: Once approved, funds are deducted from your account and processed (up to 48 hours).
⚠️ This payout model comes into effect from 1 February 2026.
Step 1: Request a Payout
You can submit a payout request from your dashboard once your payout interval has been completed and all requirements have been met.
Account Payout Interval
Each funded account has its own interval based on your chosen add-ons or account type:
7 calendar days
14 calendar days
30 calendar days
The account interval starts when:
The funded account is issued, or
The previous payout request for that account has been resolved.
A resolved payout request could be either approved or declined.
The full interval must be completed before a payout can be requested. For example, if you receive a funded account on the 1st of the month, seven full calendar days must pass before a payout can be requested, i.e. on the 8th day.
Please note that only one payout can be requested every 7 completed calendar days, even across multiple funded accounts.
Instant Static Accounts:
Payout requests for Instant Static accounts can be requested 7 days after the completion of the 30-day trading period, provided all performance requirements are met without violating any of the program rules.
Step 2: Payout Review
Once a request is submitted, the account enters the review process.
Reviews are completed within 48 business hours.
Trading must remain paused during the review.
The request will either be approved or refused with feedback.
If approved, the payout amount is withdrawn from the account balance.
Step 3: Receive Your Payout
After approval:
The payout is processed within 48 business hours.
Funds are paid using your selected payout method.
Processing times may vary slightly depending on the payment provider.
Upgrading Your Payout Schedule
You can upgrade the payout interval on a funded account.
How To Request An Upgrade
Submit the payout schedule upgrade form.
Select the funded account you want to upgrade.
Choose the new payout interval.
When An Upgrade Can Be Applied
While an upgrade can be requested at any time, it can only be applied when the account is in a clean state.
This means:
After a payout has been completed, or
On a newly issued funded account before the first payout cycle begins.
Pricing Logic
Payout frequency add-ons purchased during challenges are priced for potential value. Once an account is funded, that uncertainty is removed. For this reason, funded payout schedule upgrades cost 10× the original add-on price.
Example
The bi-weekly payout add-on costs 10% of the challenge base price
A 100,000 Endurance Mode challenge costs $450
The bi-weekly payout add-on price at checkout is $45
The funded upgrade price is $450
The upgrade can be paid:
From funded account profits with 100% profit share(after requirements are met), or
Via crypto, PayPal, or card.
