Introduction
The Refer-a-Friend program lets you earn rewards by inviting new traders to join PipFarm. When someone signs up with your referral link and makes a purchase, you and your friend both receive a reward. This guide explains how it works, where to find your links, and the conditions for eligibility.
How it works
To access the Refer-a-Friend feature, you must meet two requirements:
✅ You’ve purchased a PipFarm challenge before
✅ You’ve completed identity verification
If both of these are true, your referral options are in the Settings menu of your dashboard.
Where to find your referral links
Log in at app.pipfarm.com
Click the cog icon ⚙️ in the top right to open Settings
Scroll to the Refer-a-Friend section
You’ll find two referral links, each with a different reward. You can choose which one to share based on the reward you'd like to give and receive.
Using referral links
There are two ways your friend can use your referral:
Clicking the referral link
If your friend signs up using your referral link, the referral will be automatically tracked, and the reward will be applied after the first purchase.
Enter the referral code at checkout
If your friend visits PipFarm directly without clicking the link, they can still enter your referral code manually.
On the checkout page, if they are a new customer, they will see a box labelled “Enter referral code.” Entering the code will connect the purchase to the referring trader (you!)
⚠️ If the referral code input box does not appear during checkout, it means the person has already registered or purchased and is not eligible to use a referral.
Referral rewards
When someone signs up using your link, and they are a new PipFarm customer, both you and your friend will receive the same reward. You can choose between:
Reward Type | Description |
🎁 3 XP | 3 Experience Points for you and your friend. |
💸 10% Cashback | 10% cashback coupon for you and your friend based on the value they paid for their first challenge. |
📌 Note: Referral rewards are only granted for your friend's first purchase. Subsequent purchases will not count toward additional rewards.
How do I know when I referred a friend?
Once your friend completes their first purchase using your referral link or code, you both will receive a confirmation email.
The email includes:
✅ A message confirming that the referral was successful
🎁 The reward each of you received (XP or cashback coupon)
📩 Instructions on how to use or redeem your reward
Compatibility with promotions
Your referral reward is separate from promotional discounts and gift vouchers.
There is a dedicated input field at checkout for entering referral codes, and it does not conflict with promotional coupons WELCOME25 or others.
👉 Yes. You can benefit from both a referral reward and a promotion in the same purchase.
Important notes
🆕 Only new traders are eligible. Referral rewards are only granted if your friend has never created an account or made a purchase. No reward is granted for referring existing users.
💳 Reward applies to the first purchase only. If your friend buys again in the future, no additional referral rewards will be given.
🚫 Do not abuse the system. Please do not refer friends or family members who are not genuine traders. Abuse of the referral system may result in forfeiture of rewards and further account actions.
🏡 Single household policy applies. PipFarm only allows one trader per household unless explicit permission is granted. This applies to family members, roommates, or anyone sharing a home address. Please contact support to request an exception before referring someone in your household.
